Sahaj Path "Teacher-on-Call" program for the last seven years it had been a lifeline for underprivileged students, offering them free educational support and igniting their minds with the flame of knowledge.

The program began on February 1, 2017 with a simple yet powerful vision: to ensure quality education for every underprivileged student, regardless of their circumstances. It started with a small team of volunteer passionate educators who recognized the immense potential within every child, regardless of their background.

Through innovative approaches and tireless dedication, the Teacher-on-Call program reached every corner of the state, providing academic assistance, mentorship, and guidance to students in need. Whether in bustling cities or remote villages, the program's volunteer teachers are always just a call away, ready to lend a helping hand and ignite the spark of curiosity within young minds.

As the years passed, the impact of the Teacher-on-Call program spreading and touching the lives of thousands of students and their families. Program has already recorded over 2,50,000 calls from almost 19,000 students covering more than 2,300 schools from all the 23 districts of West Bengal. Students have spent more than 9,700 hours under Teacher-on-Call program to get help on their educational queries from more than a hundred experienced passionate voluntary Teachers who are from different backgrounds such as School Teachers, Professors, Retired Scientists, Retired Professionals and educated Homemakers.

The stories of success are as diverse as the students themselves – from children overcoming academic challenges to teenagers realizing their dreams of higher education. Each success story is a testament to the transformative power of education and the unwavering commitment of the Teacher-on-Call program to nurture the potential talents of every child.

As the program celebrated its seventh anniversary, it stood as a testament to the collective power of compassion and commitment. It had become more than just an educational initiative, it is a symbol of hope, empowerment and educational opportunity for all.

Looking ahead, the journey of Teacher-on-Call program will continue with the belief that education is the key to unlocking a brighter future for generations to come. For in the hearts of those who believed, the flame of knowledge burned brightly, illuminating the path to a world where every child will have the chance to thrive and succeed.
