In 2017 an innovative project was initiated by Sahaj Path Knowledge Foundation, Kolkata under the leadership of Prof. Samir K Brahmachari, Former Director General CSIR for helping underprivileged rural and urban first generations school students who doesn't have internet access under West Bengal region to get online academic support. Till now more than 10,000 students have benefited from this initiative.

With the backing of success in West Bengal, Faridabad Education Council ( FEC ) in collaboration with Sahaj Path Knowledge Foundation has brought this project to Faridabad, Haryana to help Government school students. Students can reach out to teachers by dialing "Teacher-on-Call" Tollfree number. The teachers will resolve queries and allow students to excel in their academic pursuit.

                                                               

This educational help desk will provide full support to the students with curiosity. Teachers will be available on call from 5 PM to 8 PM from Monday to Saturday and 9 AM to 8 PM on Sunday. Students of classes VI, VII, VIII , IX and X will be catered. Queries from subjects such as Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology), Social Science, Mathematics, English & Hindi are welcome. Students will call at Toll-Free service number 1800 890 6006 , as per the input selection the IVR will instruct to talk to the respective teachers.
